Founder & CEO | Fourtwenty Collections Lit Cafe Consumption Lounge, Start Living Inc.

Marvina Thomas is the founder and CEO of Fourtwenty Collections and Lit Cafe, a retail dispensary and cannabis consumption lounge in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Her brand includes THC-infused edibles, CBD gummies, skincare products, and a fashion line.

A former nurse, Thomas entered the cannabis industry in 2016 with a single bar of CBD-infused soap, combining her healthcare background with a growing interest in plant-based wellness. She was the first Black dispensary owner in Arizona, where she successfully launched and later sold her initial retail location.

In addition to her work in cannabis, Thomas is the founder and CEO of Start Living Inc., an Arizona-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides group homes and medical clinics for individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. Her mission is to educate communities about medical cannabis as an alternative to opioids and to expand access to care and opportunity in underserved areas.

Thomas is also the founder of Boss to Bosses, a business event series focused on fostering collaboration and support among women leaders from a variety of industries. She is committed to mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs and building mission-driven companies.
